Extended care is available in the morning and after school. Morning program is from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. Afternoon program is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
Recent photograph
$50 non-refundable application fee (Online payment is not available yet. Please mail application fee. Your application will be processed as soon as payment is received. Make check payable to Holy Angels.)
